Editors Notes...

This Web site
follows the adventures of my friend, Mrs. Yannie Fan, as she travels back
to her homeland of China, visiting several of the nation's orphanages
in an effort to learn as much as possible about both domestic and international
adoption taking place there.
Yannie is sending
me periodic updates from China, when she can find an available "Internet
Bar" in a nearby city. Yes, the Internet has even made its
way into the cities of China.
As all of the
emails are being edited for content, spelling and grammer, prior to being
placed on the Web site by me your Web host, "Tom Chen", there
is a bit of a time lapse between Yannie's actual trip and when it actually
hits the Web. And... unfortunately, it seems to take longer editing
the emails than it does to live them out in real time. So... if
you read anything on these pages that you find interesting... please drop
me an email letting me know. It's always fun to hear from people
around the world who have found something to appreciate within your written
work.
